EASY BAKED CHICKEN BREASTS 
8 chicken breast halves, skinned & boned
8 (4 x 4 inch) slices Swiss cheese
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup or cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1 c. herb seasoned stuffing mix, crushed
2 to 3 tbsp. butter, melted
Parsley

Arrange chicken in a lightly greased 12 x 8 x 2 inch baking dish. Top with cheese slices. Add soup, stir well. Spoon sauce over chicken; sprinkle with stuffing mix. Drizzle butter over crumbs; bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Garnish with parsley. Yield: 8 servings.
