HOT YEAST ROLLS 
1 c. boiling water
1 c. butter
2/3 c. sugar
2 tsp. salt
1 c. warm water with 1 tsp. sugar
2 1/2 pkgs. yeast
2 beaten eggs
6 c. flour

Pour boiling water over butter, sugar and salt. Mix yeast with warm sugar water. Beat eggs. Add eggs and yeast water to cooled water, butter, sugar and salt mixture. Make a well in the flour and liquids. Mix well and refrigerate overnight.

Roll out on floured surface. Cut with cookie cutter. Dip in butter, fold over, place in well greased pan. Let rise. Bake 15 minutes at 425 degrees.
