PEPPER STEAK 
2 lbs. round, sirloin, or venison steak, cut in small strips
3 cans (10 oz.) beef broth
Garlic salt
Sprinkle of paprika
2 lg. peppers
1 lg. onion
Ketchup
1/3 c. soy sauce
1/3 c. water
2 to 3 tbsp. cornstarch
3 lg. tomatoes

In butter brown meat. Add beef broth, garlic salt, and paprika. Cook for 4 to 5 minutes or until tender. Add 2 large cut up peppers and 1 large onion chopped or sliced. Cook 15 more minutes. Mix soy sauce, water and cornstarch to thicken broth. Add to meat mixture. Add 3 large cut up tomatoes. Cook 5 minutes more. Serve over rice or noodles.
