BATTER FOR FINGER STEAKS | |
Beef or venison 1 c. flour 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda 1 c. milk 1 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. garlic powder Cut meat in thin strips about 3 inches long. Make batter out of all other ingredients. Put meat in batter. Stir to coat. Marinate for at least 3 hours in refrigerator. Drop pieces into deep-fat fryer for a few minutes. Try not to over cook. |
