MELTING MOMENTS 
1 c. butter, soft (room temperature)
1/3 c. powdered sugar
3/4 c. cornstarch
1 c. Swans Down cake flour
1 tsp. vanilla

Add all ingredients and mix with hands well. Chill overnight. Make into small balls and bake on ungreased cookie sheet 10 minutes at 350 degrees.

FROSTING:

3 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
3 tbsp. cream

Melt butter in pan until lightly brown. Then add other ingredients and whisk until smooth. May add food coloring.
