BOURSIN CHEESE 
4 oz. butter
16 oz. cream cheese
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. thyme
1/4 tsp. dill
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. basil

Cream butter and cream cheese. Add spices. Keeps one week; can be frozen. Serve with crackers or crisp vegetables.
