MEXICAN CABBAGE | |
2 lbs. hamburger 1 lg. onion, chopped 1 bell pepper, chopped 2 cloves garlic, chopped or mashed 1 can Cheddar cheese soup 1 can Ro-tel tomatoes 1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes 2 heads cabbage, shredded Brown first 4 ingredients in Dutch oven. Drain off excess grease. Add soup, Ro-tels, and tomatoes. Then add shredded cabbage. Salt and pepper to taste and let simmer for 45 minutes. Will serve 10-12. |
