1/4 lb. butter
2 (1 lb.) boxes 10X sugar
1/2 c. mashed potatoes
1 tsp. vanilla

Peel and boil potatoes in salted water until soft. Drain, mash potatoes, (1/2 cup). Blend potatoes and butter. Let mixture stand until cold. Add sugar and vanilla. Knead mixture until creamy. Mold into desired shape. Roll in cinnamon.
