CANDIED SWEET POTATOES 
3 or 4 lg. sweet potatoes
1 c. sugar
1/2 stick butter
Cinnamon
Water

Slice raw sweet potatoes; roll in sugar and place in baking dish. Dot with butter; pour water over to about 1-inch deep in dish. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake at 375-400 degrees until done and syrupy.
