CANDIED SWEET POTATOES 
6 MED. sweet potatoes
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. honey
1/2 c. orange juice
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. grated orange peel

In large saucepan, cook sweet potatoes in boiling water to cover for about 25 minutes or until fork tender. Drain off water, cool potatoes. Peel and cut into 1/2 inch slices. Arrange potato slices in a buttered 13 x 9 inch baking dish. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a small bowl, mix honey, brown sugar, orange juice, lemon juice and peel. Spoon mixture over potatoes. Bake, uncovered for 45 minutes or until tops of potatoes are brown. Baste occasionally. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
