RICE PUDDING 
1 c. long grain rice
1 qt. milk
1 lg. can Carnation milk
1 c. water
3 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sugar
Cinnamon and nutmeg (optional)

Put rice, milk, Carnation milk and water into large pan. Boil 25 to 30 minutes with lid cracked. Stir often, can scorch easily. Take off heat and stir in eggs, vanilla and sugar. Sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg (optional).
