CHOCOLATE MOUSSE TRIFLE | |
1 pkg. devil's food cake mix 1 pkg. Skore candy bars (1 or 2 bars) 1 pkg. Jello instant mousse 1 pt. heavy cream, whipped Prepare cake mix as directed in 13x9 inch pan. Cool. Cut in half (freeze other 1/2 for later). Poke holes in cake and drizzle on top either Amaretto or Kahlua (optional). Cut cake into cubes. Place cake in bowl. Top with mousse. Crumble 1/2 Skore over mousse. Add 1/2 cream, crumbled 1/2 Skore, then top with rest of cream. May want to decorate top with chocolate curls or sprinkles. Refrigerate several hours before serving. Serves 8. |
