1 box Jiffy corn bread mix
4 eggs, well beaten
1 c. grated cheese
1 onion, chopped
1 (10 oz.) frozen chopped broccoli (cooked 5 minutes)
1 stick butter

Melt butter in saucepan. Mix drained broccoli, beaten eggs to corn bread mix; stir well. Add cheese and onions; stir again. Bake in 400 degree oven until golden brown.
