MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef, cooked and drained
1 onion, chopped
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 sm. can enchilada sauce
1 can green chilies, chopped
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 lg. bag tortilla chips, crushed

Cook ground beef and onions together; drain. Combine remaining ingredients, except chips, in a microwave bowl. Cook in microwave until cheese melts; stir well.

In a 10x12 inch baking dish, put a layer of crushed tortilla chips, then a layer of meat, then a layer of cheese sauce; repeat until ingredients have all been added. End with a layer of chips on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
