C.'S MEXICAN CASSEROLE | |
2 lbs. hamburger meat 1 med. onion 1 (4 oz.) can diced chili peppers 1 (4 oz.) can taco sauce 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can cream of chicken soup 1/2 c. milk 12 corn tortillas 1 c. grated cheese Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Brown meat and onion; drain. Add peppers, taco sauce and tomato sauce; let simmer. In saucepan, heat soups and milk and add to mixture. Cut tortillas in strips. In buttered baking dish layer tortillas, cheese and meat, ending with cheese. Bake 30 minutes at 375 degrees. |
