C.'S MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. hamburger meat
1 med. onion
1 (4 oz.) can diced chili peppers
1 (4 oz.) can taco sauce
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. milk
12 corn tortillas
1 c. grated cheese

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Brown meat and onion; drain. Add peppers, taco sauce and tomato sauce; let simmer. In saucepan, heat soups and milk and add to mixture. Cut tortillas in strips. In buttered baking dish layer tortillas, cheese and meat, ending with cheese. Bake 30 minutes at 375 degrees.

This was excellent! I went online to see what I could make with corn tortillas & hamburger. I found this recipe but I was missing a few ingredients so I substituted a few items including: taco sauce-1/2 tsp of cayenne pepper & 1/2 tsp of chipotle rub seasoning, tomato sauce-1 1/4 C of homemade salsa, cheese-2C instead of 1C.
