MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
1 lg. pkg. tortilla chips
2 cans chili with beans (or 1 qt. homemade chili)
1 lb. hamburger, browned and drained
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese
1 c. shredded yellow cheese

SALAD:

Shredded lettuce
Tomatoes
Onions
Black olives and pimentos for garnish

1. Layer 9x13 pan with tortilla chips.

2. Spoon 1/2 of the chili over chips.

3. Spread 1/2 Mozzarella cheese over this.

4. Follow same process as above, and add cooked hamburger.

5. Top with yellow cheese.

Just before serving heat thoroughly in microwave. Top with salad vegetables and garnish with olives and pimentos. (This is a fast and easy casserole.)

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
