CHICKEN BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 pkg. frozen broccoli spears
6 chicken breasts
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. milk
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. curry powder
Parmesan cheese or Mozzarella, shredded
Pulled bread, 2 or 3 slices white bread
1 tbsp. melted butter

Simmer chicken until tender, cool. Cook broccoli according to package directions, drain and arrange in bottom of a shallow greased casserole or baking dish.

Layer chicken on top of broccoli. Mix soup, milk, mayonnaise, lemon juice and curry powder and pour over the top.

Melt butter, combine with pulled bread and cheese and cover top of casserole. Cook at 350 degrees about 40 to 45 minutes until done. You may cover.
