CRANBERRY SALAD 
1 1/2 c. ground cranberries
1 1/2 c. chopped apples (unpeeled)
1/2 c. crushed pineapple (drained)
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. whipped cream
2 (3 oz.) boxes red Jello
1 1/2 c. hot water

Mix fruit and sugar and let it set overnight in refrigerator.

Mix 2 (3 oz.) boxes of Jello with 1 1/2 cups hot water and refrigerate until syrupy. Watch closely, then beat until fluffy. Fold in fruit/sugar mixture and 1 cup heavy whipped cream. Whip the whipping cream before folding into mix. Refrigerate and enjoy!
