COFFEE PUNCH 
1 c. instant coffee
1 gallon (16 c.) boiling water
1 c. sugar
1 qt. whole milk
2 tsp. vanilla flavoring
1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream

In large container (I use large crock bowl), mix first 3 ingredients, let cool. Stir in next 2 ingredients and refrigerate overnight. Before serving, add softened and sliced ice cream. Serves 30.
