QUICHE LORRAINE 
2 pie shells
1/2 lb. Swiss cheese, grated
2 oz. Gruyere cheese, grated
8 strips bacon, cooked and drained
1 tbsp. chives
1 pt. half & half
5 eggs

Spread crumbled bacon in bottom of pie shells. Combine remaining ingredients, mix well as you add each ingredient. Pour into pie shells, dividing between the 2 shells. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Can be frozen and reheated.
