1/2 c. shortening
6 tsp. cocoa
1 tsp. butter
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. white sugar
2 eggs
1 c. cream or undiluted evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 3/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt

Cream shortening, cocoa, butter, and sugars. Add eggs, milk, and vanilla. Combine flour, soda, and salt. Add to sugar mixture. Bake at 350 degrees about 10 minutes. Frost with chocolate powdered sugar frosting.
