BRISKET OF BEEF 
4-5 lb. brisket
Seasoned salt and pepper
Garlic salt
1/4 bottle liquid smoke
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Sprinkle salts on meat. Put in a glass baking dish. Pour liquids on meat. Cover and refrigerate 24 hours. Turn meat once. Place in 225 degree oven and bake 8 hours. Make gravy from pan drippings.

Sliced onions and garlic cloves are good cooked in the meat. Serve with potatoes and horseradish or on buns. Serves 12.
