OVEN SMOKED BEEF BRISKET 
1 (5 to 7 lb.) brisket
1 bottle liquid smoke
2 tsp. non-seasoned meat tenderizer
3 tbsp. Worcestershire
1 tsp. celery salt

Marinate in above overnight. Bake 8 hours at 225 degrees, covered. A Brown & Bake bag is ideal (to marinate in - then slit, per instructions, and bake).
