BEEF BRISKET 
Trimmed brisket
Salt
Pepper
Onion salt
Garlic salt
Sugar, to taste
Worcestershire sauce
Liquid Smoke, optional

Season brisket with spices and wrap in heavy foil. Bake 1 hour per pound at 250 degrees. Cool meat and gravy separately. Make this the day before serving so grease can be removed from top of gravy. Slice meat from thick end. Warm in gravy or serve cold. This can also be frozen.
