SAUSAGE CHEESE DIP | |
1 lb. sausage, fried, diced fine and drained 2 lb. box Velveeta cheese 3 tbsp. milk 8 oz. salsa (your choice) Fry, dice and drain sausage and then remove from large skillet. Put milk in bottom of same skillet. Cut Velveeta into chunks and add to skillet along with salsa. Stir constantly until cheese melts (scorches easily). When cheese has melted, add sausage back to the mixture and serve immediately. It may be kept warm in a crock-pot on low for 2 to 3 hours. |
