2 pkgs. lime Jello
2 c. boiling water
1 c. cold water
1/4 c. vinegar
2 tbsp. sugar
1 c. mayonnaise

Blend all of the above together.

1 pkg. small curd cottage cheese
4 green onions (use part of tops)
1 c. celery, chopped into small pieces
1 pkg. frozen spinach, grate while frozen

Mix into above. Makes a large salad and keeps well.
