CORN CASSEROLE 
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 c. butter, melted
2 cans whole kernel corn (drained)
1 can cream corn
1 can (4 oz.) chopped green chilies
1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 c. sour cream

Mix all ingredients together. Pour into buttered casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 60-65 minutes.
