ROUND STEAK CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. round steak
1 pkg. onion soup mix
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2/3 c. vermouth of apple juice

Cut round steak in cubes, brown. Mix all together, put in large casserole, cover and bake in a slow oven and bake at 300 degrees for 2 hours.
