BROCCOLI-TOMATO CASSEROLE 
3 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen broccoli, thawed & drained
3 lg. fresh tomatoes, peeled & sliced
2 c. mayonnaise
1 (3 oz.) can Parmesan cheese, grated (approximately 2/3 c.)

Arrange broccoli in 10-inch round buttered casserole. Top with tomato slices. Combine mayonnaise and Parmesan cheese, reserving a little cheese to sprinkle on top. Spread mayonnaise mixture over tomato slices and sprinkle with reserved cheese. Cover and refrigerate until ready to bake.

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Bake casserole, uncovered, for 50 to 60 minutes or until nicely browned. 8 to 10 servings.
