2 heaping tbsp. cocoa
1/2 stick butter
1 c. sugar
1 c. milk

Mix together in a heavy saucepan. Bring to a boil and boil for 1 minute. Remove from burner and add:

1 1/2 c. quick oatmeal
1/4 c. peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Stir. Spoon on wax paper until cool.
