BUCKAROO BEANS 
1 lb. pinto beans
1 lb. ground chuck
1 lg. onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 sm. bay leaf
2 tsp. chili powder
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. ground cumin
1 can tomato sauce
2 tsp. salt

Wash beans, cook for several hours with all ingredients, except meat and tomato sauce. Brown meat, drain off grease. Add to beans with tomato sauce and cook for another hour.
