SPICY BEANS 
1 can pinto beans
1 (4 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. salt
Pinch of pepper
2 tbsp. sofrito
2 sm. potatoes, cooked and cubed
2 tbsp. olive oil
1/4 c. water

Take large frying pan and heat olive oil. Add sofrito and fry until thoroughly heated, add spices and tomato sauce. Cook until thickens. Add beans and cooked potatoes. Stir and heat thoroughly. Add water to desired thickness. Pour over white rice.
