CORN OYSTERS 
6 ears corn
3 egg yolks, well beaten
1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 eggs whites, stiffly beaten

Cut corn from cob; add egg yolks; blend. Sift together flour, baking powder, salt and pepper. Stir into corn-egg mixture; blend. Gently fold in egg white. Drop by spoonfuls on hot well greased griddle. Fry until nicely browned.
