GREEN AND YELLOW RICE 
3 c. boiled Minute rice
1/4 c. (1/2 stick) butter
1 c. milk
4 eggs, beaten
1 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 pkg. frozen, chopped spinach, cooked and drained
1 tbsp. onion, chopped
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. marjoram
1/4 tsp. thyme
1/4 tsp. rosemary
1/4 tsp. salt

Boil enough rice to measure 3 cups when cooked. Melt butter and add. Add milk to beaten eggs. Add grated cheese. Add rice and spinach. Mix well but gently. Add onion, Worcestershire sauce and seasonings. Put in a 2-quart casserole dish. Put dish in pan of water. Bake uncovered, at 350°F for 45 minutes.
