LEMON POUND CAKE 
1 c. shortening
2 c. sugar
4 eggs, unbeaten
1 tsp. vanilla flavor
1 tsp. lemon flavor
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. milk

Blend shortening and sugar together. Add eggs, lemon, vanilla, salt and milk, one at a time. Add baking powder to flour. Then add to the rest of the ingredients. Blend well. Bake at 350 degrees until done.
