CARAMEL PECAN BUBBLE BREAD 
1 c. pecans, chopped
1 (24 oz.) pkg. frozen roll dough
1/2 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
1/4 c. butter
1 (4 oz.) pkg. butterscotch pudding
Cinnamon

6 to 8 hours before serving time, grease tube pan. Sprinkle pecans in bottom. Make small balls out of dough and place evenly in pan. Sprinkle with brown sugar. Cut butter in small pieces and dot over brown sugar. Sprinkle with dry pudding mix and a generous layer of cinnamon. Cover and let rise 6 to 8 hours. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Serve warm.

Delicious. Everyone raved over it. I used a 8x8" glass pan and a 5" round pan for the taste tester and reduced the time to 20-21 minutes. Warning: a bit spilled on the oven floor- use a cookie tray.

The glass pan did not need greasing. I greased the small round aluminum and the pecans stuck badly. Also, a little bit os ground pecans and powdered sugar sprinkled on top make it prettier.
