LASAGNA 
2 lbs. hamburger
1 onion, chopped
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 lb. can whole tomatoes
1/2 tsp. garlic (instant)
1 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp. oregano
6-7 oz. lasagna pasta
1 (12 oz.) cottage cheese
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
4 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese

Brown beef and onions. Mix next 7 ingredients and add to beef mixture. Cover and simmer 30 minutes to 1 hour. Cook noodles in 2 quarts boiling water. Mix cottage cheese and Parmesan cheese in bowl. Grease 9"x13" pan. Cover bottom of pan with small amount of meat mixture. Add 3 strips of pasta, cheese mixture then meat mixture. Repeat layers, end with meat sauce, Mozzarella cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.
