EASY LASAGNA 
1 1/2 lb. browned hamburger
1 (32 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
1 tbsp. Italian spice

CHEESE LAYER MIXTURE:

1 (24 oz.) carton cottage cheese
2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
2 eggs
15 dry lasagna noodles

Grease 9 x 13 inch pan. Spread a little meat sauce on bottom of pan. Layer 5 dry noodles, half of meat mixture, 5 dry noodles, cheese mixture, 5 dry noodles and remaining meat sauce. It is very important to soak overnight, or at least 6 hours in refrigerator so noodles will soften. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. Allow to sit for 15 minutes before serving to set up.
