LASAGNA 
2 lbs. hamburger
Lasagna noodles
Cottage cheese (low fat)
Mozzarella cheese
2 eggs
1 can olives
Spaghetti sauce
Optional variations: 1 layer cooked spinach

Mix the eggs with the cottage cheese. Cook the lasagna noodles - fry hamburger. 1 layer of noodles in a baking dish. Cover with meat and spaghetti sauce. Another layer of noodles. Cover with cottage cheese. Another layer of noodles. Cover with Mozzarella cheese topped with olives attractively arranged. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes. Serves 4-6.
