OVERNIGHT LASAGNA 
32 oz. spaghetti sauce
24 oz. cottage cheese
9-12 lasagna noodles, uncooked
8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, grated
Optional: can add meat to spaghetti sauce
Optional: can add layer of spinach

In a 9 x 13 baking dish, layer the above ingredients as follows:

Just enough sauce to moisten bottom of pan.

1/3 noodles, they will expand some

24 oz. cottage cheese

1/3 noodles

1/2 remaining sauce

8 oz. Mozzarella cheese (minus a very little but to sprinkle sparsely on top)

Cooked, drained spinach; optional

Remaining sauce

Sprinkle bit of Mozzarella on top to decorate

Bake covered 45 minutes uncover and bake until done, approximately 15-20 minutes longer.

Good to prepare day ahead for guests. Then on day, just pop into oven. After baked, freezes well.
