I've made these several times and it's always well received. I took these to work and people cued up to sneak 2 at a time, grins, and they were gone in a flash. I used raspberry and apricot jams/preserves, but strawberry is equally fine and delicious. I do switch the 2/3 cup milk for 2/3 cup half and half to give a richer flavor. All in all a keeper recipe.
