SAUSAGE BISQUICK 
1 lb. sausage
1 (16 oz.) can kidney beans
1/2 c. onions, chopped
1 c. cooked rice
1 c. water
1 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 egg
1 c. milk
Salt and pepper to taste

Crumble sausage into skillet. Brown. Drain. Add beans, onion, rice, water. Continue cooking 5 minutes.

Mix Bisquick, cheese, eggs and milk in blender.

Place sausage mix in dish. Pour Bisquick mix over. Bake in 350 degree oven 20 minutes or until top is brown.
