NOODLES AND SAUERKRAUT 
2 c. uncooked noodles
3 c. kraut
1 lb. bulk sausage
Salt water

Cook noodles in salt water until tender; drain. Simmer kraut for 20 minutes Combine cooked noodles, kraut and sausage. Season to taste. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes.
