SAUERKRAUT AND NOODLES 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. fine noodles
1 qt. can sauerkraut
1 lb. pork sausage
1 lb. ground beef
1 sm. chopped onion
1 tbsp. sugar

Cook noodles until soft and drained. Fry sausage and ground beef and onion together. Make into small meatballs. Mix meatballs with cooked noodles. Pour in kraut. Add sugar and salt and pepper to taste. Cover and bake in moderate oven at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
