ZUCCHINI JELLY 
6 c. zucchini
5 1/2 - 6 c. sugar
1/2 c. lemon juice
1 c. crushed pineapple
2-3 oz. pkg. apricot Jello

Peel, grate, drain zucchini. Boil 6 minutes. Add rest of ingredients except Jello. Boil hard for 6 minutes, remove from heat, add Jello. Add 2 tablespoons Sure Jell. Pour into clean hot jars; seal. If zucchini isn't well drained add whole package Sure Jell.
