CARAMEL APPLE SALAD 
1 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. sugar
8 oz. Cool Whip
1 c. chopped, salted peanuts
4 yellow Delicious apples
8 oz. can crushed pineapple
1 egg
2 tbsp. apple cider vinegar

Mix flour, sugar, beaten egg, vinegar and juice from pineapple together. Cook until thick. Cool. Peel and cut up apples. Pour cooked mixture over apples. Mix well. Add pineapple. Fold in Cool Whip and peanuts. Keep chilled.
