CARAMEL FROSTING 
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. canned evaporated milk
2/3 c. brown sugar
Confectioners sugar
Vanilla

Bring to boil. Boil on low heat 1 minute. Remove from heat; add vanilla. Cool. Add 3 cups confectioners sugar. Blend well. Delicious on applesauce cake.
