CARAMEL POPCORN 
2 qt. popped corn
2 c. nuts
1/2 c. white corn syrup
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix corn and nuts together. Set aside on cookie sheet. Combine sugar, syrup and butter. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly until caramelized (golden brown syrup). Remove from heat. Add vanilla and pour over corn and nuts. Cool.
