CARAMEL POPCORN 
20 c. popcorn
1 c. nuts (if you have) (good without!)
1/2 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. corn syrup
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda

Mix butter, sugar, corn syrup, and salt over medium heat; cook until mixture is at firm ball stage. Remove from heat; add soda and stir in nuts. Pour over popcorn; stir.

Mix until the sugar mixture cools on popcorn so they don't stick to each other.
