PORK CHOPS A LA GISELLE 
Pork chops
Garlic salt
Pepper
Paprika
Poultry seasoning
Bread crumbs
1 can pear halves
Mayonnaise

Take each pork chop and sprinkle with garlic salt, pepper, paprika, poultry seasoning, and bread crumbs. Turn over and repeat on other side. Place pork chops in shallow baking pan. Place pear halves flat side up, around/between pork chops. Put a spoonful of mayonnaise in center of pear half and sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes for 1/4 to 3/8 inch thick chops. Bake longer for thicker chops. Use middle to upper rack for baking.
